Fix mhtml-mode fontification bug

Bug#26922
* lisp/textmodes/mhtml-mode.el (mhtml-syntax-propertize): Call
sgml-syntax-propertize-inside if not in a submode.
* test/manual/indent/html-multi-4.html: New file.
